Very nice duplex located on 2 levels. On the first level are the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, bar), the dining room for 6 people, the living room with overhead projector and a bedroom with king size bed (160×200 cm), dressing room and adjoining shower room.

On the lower level, there is the second bedroom with king size bed (160×200 cm), dressing room, adjoining bathroom with bathtub-shower, laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and direct access to the terrace/garden.

You also have access to the terrace/garden through the kitchen.

The magnificent avenue that goes from Bois de Cambre to Place Stéphanie brings together many “trendy” luxury boutiques with a high-end atmosphere in various styles. (Don’t miss the facades of the Hotel Solvay, in the Horta style, and the Hotel Max Halet, in the art nouveau style). Before arriving at Boulevard Waterloo, which is also very luxurious, go through the very fun Avenue de la Toison d’Or with its galleries, cinemas, and many more accessible boutiques. If you want to leave the "upper part of the city", the rue de Namur leads you to the "lower part of the city". Through a very beautiful arcade, you will discover the magnificent Place Royale.
