Triplex of 130 m2 composed on 3 floors. On the first floor, a superb fitted kitchen with Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A superb living room with flat screen TV and internet, a dining area. A separate toilet. On the second floor, a magnificent master suite (king size bed) with office, dressing room, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a second separate toilet and washing/drying machine. On the third and last floor, a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160×200 cm) with a view of the main square from your bed!

The apartment is located in the historical centre of Brussels, very close to the Grand Place – a premium location close to the city's main attractions: the Palais des Beaux-Arts (BOZAR), the Manneken-Pis, the Kanal – Centre Pompidou, Rue Antoine Dansaert and other key sites: theatres, galleries, museums and concert halls are more than numerous. In short, the ideal place to discover Brussels. There are also many bus and tram lines within walking distance.

The surrounding shops offer a wide choice of fashion, shoes, cosmetics, accessories in addition to the best international brands and small boutiques.
